Acceptable Use Policy
MOZEO ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Last Revised: June 21, 2021
Introduction
The actions individual customers take can have a significant impact on our system as a whole. Therefore, we feel it’s our responsibility to be extra vigilant about preventing spam-related abuse to protect consumers and keep our system clean. Our reputation and deliverability depend on it. That’s why all Mozeo users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy in their use of Mozeo and any other Mozeo products or add-ons.
ZERO-TOLERANCE Policy
Nothing personal, but to maintain a transparent ecosystem and the highest delivery rates possible for all of our customers, if you violate this policy or we see behavior, content, or other factors that pose a threat to our system, or if messages violate do-not-call lists, local and federal laws, CAN-SPAM or FCC TCPA laws, or if your opt-out rates hover above 3%, we may review, suspend, throttle, disable, or immediately terminate your account.
Consent Requirements
As further elaborated in our Terms and Conditions, consent can’t be bought, sold, or exchanged. Third-party lists of phone numbers are strictly forbidden. This includes purchased or rented lists, lists collected by someone other than you, and lists scraped from third-party sources, including public websites. Your contacts should be gathered and consented to entirely by you.

We do not allow businesses or organizations that offer any variable of the services, products, or content found below.

“Third-party” means originating from any party other than the one which will service the loan.

This is different from outreach about employment due to compliant opt-in practices, messages from brokerages to their members, investment news alerts, or other investment-related messages.
Illegal Substances

Cannabis is federally illegal in the United States. Cannabis businesses will not be permitted to use SMS/MMS messaging in the US, regardless of message content. CBD is federally legal but is not legal in some US states, so US carriers do not permit messaging related to CBD. Offers for drugs that cannot be sold over-the-counter in the US/Canada are forbidden.
